Do enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you are requesting an autograph.
Do be sure to check that you have the correct amount of postage on the enclosed SAE
Do be aware that it is our general policy to first open and check all correspondence and we will only forward it if we deem the content appropriate.
DON’T
Do not call or email us to chase for a response to your request. Our clients are often abroad with heavy work schedules and they cannot always respond to every request.
Do not send any items that are valuable or personal to you as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
Do not be deterred by our dos and don’ts, as we endeavour to forward all items and correspondence where it is appropriate and convenient to our clients.
